Lisa Van Nortwick

Lisa Van Nortwick is no stranger to artistic endeavors; she studied painting in Provence, worked with textiles in Paris, explored combining textures and paint in Florence, and owned her own ceramics line. LESÄL Ceramics are immediately recognizable works of art, created entirely by hand.
After spending over 30 years in ceramics, the artist has begun her newest creative venture:
LESÄL Upcycled Treasures. Lisa combines unique vintage trims, needlepoint, and tapestries from Europe, hand stitching one-of-a-kind pieces. In addition to the unique military liners, some jackets and vests are designed with a thrifted denim base.
Pulling from her equestrian roots, her horsey designs range from barrel racers to hunter jumper, perfect for any horse-lover. Other designs feature the Provence bee, university themes, country western aesthetics, and are customizable to individual interests.
Her art has been featured in magazines and on television, and a percentage of her sales are donated to a variety of local charities.
